Coaching Relationship

The success of a coaching relationship depends not only on the coach’s professional training but also on the relationship that coach and client establish together.

“If you want to change the world, start with yourself.” Mahatma Gandhi

Trust, openness, responsibility – the foundation of effective coaching

One of the most important prerequisites for impactful coaching is the client’s willingness to fully engage in the coaching experience – even if it means stepping outside their comfort zone for a while.

Engagement requires a respectful, collaborative, trusting, open, and honest approach, as well as the awareness and understanding that in a coaching relationship, two partners actively work together, contribute equally, and share responsibility.
