I am Caroline El-Tibi – coach, consultant, and mother of two wonderful daughters. I love life with all its ups and downs and am convinced: growth begins where we honestly meet ourselves.

…what truly makes us happy and “successful.” I quickly realized that real happiness doesn’t lie in the external world, but in our inner attitude. I am equally fascinated by scientific findings from neuroscience, quantum physics, and epigenetics as I am by philosophical questions and spirituality. Alongside my two coaching certifications, these insights also flow into my work and help my clients see the world with new eyes, recognize connections, and take courageous new paths.
What also defines me is enthusiasm, openness, empathy, courage, creativity, and confidence.
I came to coaching when, as a business consultant, I realized that the real challenge does not lie in changing the system, but in changing the mindset of the people working within it. Coaching, therefore, is the ideal complement to consulting.
I have also personally experienced the transformative power of coaching…
… especially when returning to professional life after a long parental break. Eleven years in Dubai sharpened my awareness of diversity and opened my heart to other cultures. Living in such a multicultural city was a wonderful experience I wouldn’t want to miss. Since 2018, I have been living back in Germany with my family.
The past few years have also been particularly challenging for me – with deep losses and intense learning processes. Yet it was precisely these times that showed me how much strength lies within us – and how much beauty there is in being human. I love nature, traveling, creative expression, photography, reading, and genuine encounters. And I love my profession – because I get to accompany people who have the courage to rediscover themselves and their lives.
